How it works
Reaches into the gaps, collapses at the scale face
A micro-bubble generator shears air and water at high speed to produce micro-nano bubbles below 100 μm (including micron- and nano-scale bubbles). The bubbles travel with the flow into coils, heat-exchange channels — anywhere water can reach — and collapse near the scale face on the pipe wall. At collapse the local temperature reaches about 5000 K (approx. 5000 °C) and the pressure about 100 MPa, and a micro-jet is emitted that shatters scale and biofilm off the wall.
For the same gas volume, the finer the division the larger the total surface area: micro-nano bubbles have about 100 times the total surface area of ordinary bubbles, multiplying contact and reaction with the deposit. The loosened debris is carried out by the circulating flow and trapped by the filtration unit.
Mechanism
Five forces, acting on the scale face at once
Cavitation collapse
Bubbles collapse at the scale face; instant high temperature and pressure plus micro-jet shatter scale and biofilm off the wall.
Flow friction
Micro-bubbles continuously shear and rub the pipe wall with high-speed flow, stripping deposits that have loosened.
Vortex agitation
Spiraling flow rolls up vortices, driving cleaning force into gaps and dead zones of circulation.
Charge adsorption
Bubble surfaces stably carry negative charge, actively adsorbing metal ions, grease and colloidal particles.
Flotation lift
Fine bubbles rise slowly and stay long, lifting the stripped debris out, where the filter intercepts it.
